Sun - Heart of Light

This meditation is a guided journey into our Solar System, to heal specific parts of the body and mind. The listener is comfortably installed and already deep into the mediation. The meditation gently lifts them up, slowly takes a good time to visually guide in great detail the user from its meditation place, through the atmosphere, and guide them, step by step to the destination, describing each step slowly and thoroughly from their meditation place up to the specific place of this journey. This is described as a real journey from earth through space and to the destination, in great detail. At the end, the meditation drives the user back to his normal meditation place, to continue with the other meditation parts. This is this specific meditation journey and healing purpose: You approach the radiant Sun, feeling golden warmth ignite your chest. The solar fire expands your vitality and awakens your inner flame.
