Understanding BioCoherence: A Deep Dive into Resources and Priorities

Welcome to the first installment of our BioCoherence blog series, where we will break down the key features of the BioCoherence software, one webinar at a time. In this post, we will explore the foundational concepts of the software, focusing on the user's first scan and the interpretation of resources and priorities. This is a crucial step in understanding how the BioCoherence app works and how it can be used to improve your well-being.

Introduction to BioCoherence

BioCoherence is a cutting-edge software designed to analyze the body's electrical activity and provide insights into your health and well-being. The app uses a medically certified ECG sensor to record the full wave of electrical activity in your body, not just your heart rate. This data is then processed to identify your body's resources (the most coherent and stable parts) and priorities (the areas that need attention). In this webinar, Médéric, the creator of BioCoherence, and Christine, who has contributed significantly to the development of the resources concept, guide us through the app's interface and explain how to interpret the data from your first scan.

Getting Started with BioCoherence

When you first open the BioCoherence app, you are greeted with a home screen where you can select a user or create a new recording. The app allows you to import existing recordings from devices like an Apple Watch, or you can start a new recording using the ECG sensor.

Importing Data from Apple Health

If you have an Apple Watch, you can import your ECG recordings directly into the app. The process is simple:
  1. Go to the "See All Analysis" section.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click "Import."
  3. Authorize the app to access your Apple Health data.
  4. The app will display all available recordings from your Apple Watch.
It's important to note that a standard Apple Watch recording is 30 seconds long, which is too short for a comprehensive analysis. To get a more accurate reading, you should perform at least three consecutive recordings, which will be aggregated into a single 90-second recording.

Starting a New Recording

If you're using the ECG sensor, the app will ask for Bluetooth authorization the first time you use it. Once connected, the app will automatically start recording when you place your fingers on the sensor. The recording process is designed to be user-friendly, with automatic removal of problematic data (e.g., if your fingers slip off the sensor). During the recording, the app displays a preview of the data being collected, but the real analysis happens after the recording is complete. The goal is to record at least 128 heartbeats for a full analysis, but you can stop the recording at any time if you only need partial data.

What Does the Scan Measure?

The BioCoherence app records the full electrical activity of your body, not just the intervals between heartbeats. This means that the app is capturing the electrical signals generated by your entire body, not just your heart. This data is then used to analyze various biomarkers, including organs, meridians, emotions, and more.

Understanding Resources

Once the scan is complete, the app generates a report that highlights your body's resources and priorities. Resources are the most coherent, stable, and well-connected parts of your body. These are the areas that are functioning optimally and can be used to support the healing of other areas that may be compromised.

The Concept of Resources

Christine, who has played a key role in developing the concept of resources, explains that resources represent the most realized and coherent parts of your being. These are the areas where your body has developed the most capacity and ability, and they can be used to create a "happy contagion" that spreads coherence and healing throughout your system. In the app, resources are calculated using a complex algorithm that takes into account several factors:
  • Energy: How much energy the element has.
  • Stability: How stable the element is over time.
  • Connectivity: How well the element is connected to other parts of the body.
  • Strength of Connections: Whether the connections to other elements are strong or weak.
The app automatically selects the best resources in each category, but you can manually adjust them if you feel that another resource resonates more with you.

Resource Categories

The app categorizes resources into several groups, including:
  • Organ Groups: Based on Ayurvedic principles.
  • Organs: A detailed list of 464 organs and subgroups.
  • Atoms: 38 elements from the periodic table.
  • Meridians: 20 meridians from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
  • Momentum: Represents the flow of energy in your body.
  • Drives: Mostly related to emotions.
  • Organisms: Symbiotic or parasitic organisms in your body.
  • TCM Points: Acupuncture points from TCM.
  • Ayurvedic Subdoshas: Subcategories of the three doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha).
  • Chakras: The seven energy centers in your body.
Each resource is displayed with a green bar that represents its resource score. The fuller the bar, the stronger the resource. You can explore each resource in detail and even change the selected resource if you feel another one is more appropriate.

Understanding Priorities

While resources represent the strongest parts of your body, priorities are the areas that need attention. These are the parts of your body that are not functioning optimally and may require healing or support.

How Priorities Are Selected

The app automatically selects priorities based on an algorithm that analyzes the data from your scan. However, you can manually add or remove priorities as needed. For example, if the app identifies your left arteries as a priority, but you feel that your adrenal glands need more attention, you can adjust the priorities accordingly.

Exploring Priorities

The app allows you to explore potential priorities in each category. For example, if you're looking at organs, the app will display the most important organs to work on based on their energy, movement, and connectivity. You can add or remove priorities as you see fit, but it's recommended to keep the number of priorities to around 15-20 to avoid overwhelming the system.

Recipes

In addition to individual priorities, the app also includes "recipes," which are collections of points that work together to address a specific symptom or issue. When you add a recipe to your priorities, it will add multiple elements to your meditation or frequency program, so it's important not to overload your session with too many recipes.

Using Resources and Priorities in Meditation and Frequencies

Once you've selected your resources and priorities, the app uses this information to create a personalized meditation or frequency program. The meditation is designed to guide you through a healing process, starting with your resources and then addressing your priorities.

Frequencies

The app generates specific frequencies that correspond to your resources and priorities. These frequencies are designed to resonate with the selected elements and support the healing process. You can also add protocols to further enhance the effectiveness of the frequency program.

Balance

The balance feature calculates the optimal path through your priorities, creating a guided meditation that you can follow. The meditation starts by activating your resources and then moves on to address each priority in sequence. This process helps to create a coherent flow of energy that supports healing and well-being.

Conclusion

In this first webinar, we've covered the basics of the BioCoherence app, focusing on how to interpret your resources and priorities after completing a scan. Resources represent the most coherent and stable parts of your body, while priorities are the areas that need attention. By using these two elements together, the app creates a personalized healing program that can be used in meditation or frequency therapy. In the next webinar, we will dive deeper into the specific features of the app, including how to use the frequency and balance functions to enhance your healing process. Stay tuned for more insights into the powerful capabilities of BioCoherence!

Next Webinar Preview: In our next blog post, we will explore the frequency and balance features in detail, showing you how to create personalized healing programs based on your resources and priorities. Don't miss it!
