Platform access
Organization Platform Base: $299 / month
Required once per organization. Gives your enterprise full access to the BioCoherence Enterprise platform: admin tools, dashboard, user management, analytics, and unlimited storage.
User Seats
- Individual User Seat: $9 / month. Flexible licensing for your team. Each User Seat allows one simultaneous active user. Add or remove seats at any time. Each User gets an Enterprise Play licence. (equivalent to a Me Play licence, normal price: $21.99 to $24.99)
- 50-User Pack: $429 / month (-5% on seats). That's $8.50 per user.
- 500-User Pack: $4049 / month (-10% on seats). That's $8.10 per user.
Seat packs can be mixed with individual seats.

Overflow Grace
If your enterprise temporarily exceeds its seat limit, BioCoherence allows a 24h grace period with a soft warning — no disruption for your users.
We'll notify the billing contact with an upgrade suggestion only when necessary.
