How can I manually recompute the resonance links in BioCoherence?

Go to the home page and click the area next to 'Conclusion'. When it expands, use the first button to recompute either from scratch, or selectively recompute choices like biomarkers or links. Choose 'recompute links' if those are missing from your data.
