From Our Weekly Webinar Series: Deep Dive Into BioCoherence Software Features

Welcome to our ongoing webinar blog series where we dissect and explore the inner workings of BioCoherence software. In this week's edition, we focused on essential features for syncing data between devices, exploring the latest software updates, enhancing stimulus effectiveness, and customizing programs for advanced user needs. We'll walk you through key points discussed during the session, elaborate on the most insightful questions, and provide a comprehensive guide to maximizing your experience with the BioCoherence platform.

Syncing Across Devices: What You Need to Know

One of the key questions raised during the webinar was how to effectively sync BioCoherence data across multiple devices—such as a phone and a desktop computer.

Real-Time Syncing Limitations

Currently, BioCoherence does not yet support real-time syncing across devices while a recording is open on both. To see synced changes:
  1. Close the currently open scan.
  2. Return to the homepage.
  3. Re-select and open the scan afresh.
This allows BioCoherence to check the server for the most recent version and display a "Syncing with cloud" status.

Manual Sync Override

If you're unsure a recording is the most current, you can manually trigger an update:
  • Click on the hidden "Sync with Cloud" icon.
  • A "Reload from Cloud" button will appear.
  • Clicking this will fetch the latest version from the cloud.
To ensure your modifications are saved:
  • Save the scan via the "Save to Cloud" or "Save" button.
  • This pushes changes to the server and ensures they're available across devices.

Common Pitfalls

In some cases, duplicate scans with the same name might exist. A proposed improvement mentioned was displaying an internal file ID to confirm you're working on the correct file version. This update is planned for future versions.

Introducing Version 1.26: What's New?

This latest release brings numerous enhancements centered around usability and performance. Let's explore them:

Experimental Features

  • Users can now enable the new "Integrated Coherent Score (IC Score)" manually under the "Experimental Functions" tab.
  • Expect this to be enabled by default in future versions.

Tooltips and Hotkeys

  • Roll-over tooltips now offer quick insights into various UI elements.
  • A new set of keyboard shortcuts has been enabled for streamlined navigation (e.g., CTRL+1 through CTRL+8 for various dashboard screens, CTRL+S to save).

New Features for Contextual Menus

  • Initial contextual right-click menus have been added to biomarkers.
  • Options include viewing details and removing the item from priority lists.
  • Expect expansion to other sections in future versions.

Biomarker Descriptions on Hover

  • When you hover over systems like acupuncture points or organs, associated biomarker descriptions now appear in the bottom panel for easier identification and comprehension.

Managing Stimuli and Protocols More Strategically

The concept of 'stimuli' in BioCoherence has expanded beyond simple frequency packages. You can now analyze their impact and relevance with more nuance.

Deleting Stimuli from Harmonic Boost

Some users encountered problems where deselected stimuli would reappear. This was due to previous UI behavior where deselected items remained visible. In the updated version:
  • Deselecting a stimulus now fully removes it from active view and saves properly.

New Indicators for Stimulus Relevance

Enhancements include:
  • Labeling items as "Not Recommended," "Medium Impact," or "High Impact".
  • These ratings are based on the associated biomarkers and their potential to positively influence body systems.
  • Currently, these do not take actual resonance frequency into account due to computational constraints—but the feature may be integrated in future releases.

More Than 100%? Understanding Stimulus Score Limits

Some stimuli show benefit percentages higher than 100%, which confused users.
  • You can interpret values like 400% as indicators that many biomarkers benefit from that frequency.
  • Future UX changes may limit the visual indicator to 100% but allow for internal multipliers representing scope of benefit.

Making the Case for Manual Adjustments

Why Client Complaints Don't Always Show in Priorities

Users often ask why specific symptoms don't rank higher in the automatically generated priorities. This is due to the algorithm focusing on root causes via IC Score.
  • Think of the system like "unlocking doors." The goal is to unlock the foundational health answers first rather than focus on end symptoms.
  • However, you can manually add client concerns to priorities if desired.

Addressing Client Expectations

Educating clients about how BioCoherence maps causality rather than symptoms is key. The layers of dysfunction may lie deeper than where pain or symptoms manifest.

Navigating and Optimizing the Maps

Organs, meridians, and teeth now have an intuitive, interactive map:
  • Hovering over items highlights areas subtly and displays relevant biomarkers.
  • You can zoom into areas like the spine and muscle systems.
  • Clicking gives you deeper insights and options to act.

Advanced AI Helpers: Smart, But Not Always Right

Now available as a central feature, AI Helpers offer quick recommendations and explanations for:
  • Suggested frequencies based on client scans
  • Explaining complex biomarkers
  • Recommending and categorizing suitable stimuli

Working with recommendations

  • "Not Recommended" doesn't mean "forbidden." It means the system doesn't detect an immediate need based on the associated biomarkers.
  • You may override suggestions—especially as you consider symptoms the system can't 'see' or client history it doesn't compute.

Tips for Using AI More Effectively

  • Be explicit: Ask the AI Helper to "Create a basic program with these items" to ensure your desired stimuli are saved.
  • Avoid relying solely on numerical indicators. Use your practitioner intuition and client interaction to complement the AI's suggestions.

Custom Basic Programs: Personalized Healing Protocols

You can now build and store custom frequency programs tailored to clients. Each can contain:
  • Organs/Systems
  • Biomarkers
  • Stimuli

Creating and Using Custom Programs

  1. Set a starting point (e.g., "Liver" or "Digestive System").
  2. Add desired stimuli with AI Helper or manually.
  3. Save with descriptive names.
  4. Load into client exploration as needed.
Programs can also be exported as:
  • MP3 for listening
  • Added to client dashboards

Future Feature Requests Being Considered:

  • Ability to duplicate or distribute created programs to multiple clients
  • Easier deletion of user-created basic programs

Beyond Software: Real-World Use Cases and Advanced Scenarios

The community shared some innovative ways BioCoherence stimuli are applied:
  • Broadcasting to water or salves for localized therapy.
  • Embedding into audio for meditation or environmental exposure (e.g., hot tubs).
  • Using musical profiling to create customized therapy tracks.

Bonus Features: Music & Emotional Resonance

BioCoherence includes a built-in musical interpretation tool tied to bioelectric recordings:
  • Charts show dominant chords and harmonics in short, medium, and long periods.
  • Sections map the musical key to emotional interpretations.
  • Ideal for therapists who integrate sound healing or meditative therapy.

Key Updates and Future Enhancements

Based on this session, we're working on:
  • File ID displays for verification of syncs
  • Quadrant analysis for stimulus (impact + resonance)
  • More robust AI interactions and context handling
• Deletion and batch sharing options for custom programs

Summary Takeaways

  • Use manual cloud-sync if unsure your data is synced.
