What should I do if harmonics or data is missing or the app crashes?

Use the recompute button next to Conclusions in the analysis section. This allows you to reprocess the data starting from scratch or specific steps (e.g., biomarkers, links, priorities, etc.). This is useful when app crashes result in missing data.
