This means that when you create a meditation for muscle training, for example, the system will automatically associate it with relevant organs, emotions, and physiological markers.

2. Questionnaire Impacts: Personalized 21-Day Journeys

A major new feature in the latest BioCoherence update is the integration of medical questionnaires to assess user well-being. We have implemented seven medical questionnaires, each linked to specific health impacts. These include:
  • DASS-21 (Depression, Anxiety, Stress Scale)
  • SF-36 (General Health and Well-Being)
  • And other specialized assessments for pain, social function, and mental health
When a user completes a questionnaire, the system automatically generates a personalized 7-day meditation journey added to their custom 21-day program. For example:
  • If a user scores high on stress, they will receive a 7-day stress-reduction meditation program.
  • If they also score high on depression, they will receive a 7-day depression-focused program in the second week.
  • If they score high on anxiety, they will receive a 7-day anxiety-focused program in the third week.
This structured approach ensures that users progressively work on their well-being, addressing their most pressing concerns first.

3. Improved Audio Players for Meditations and Harmonic Boost

We have made significant improvements to the Harmonic Boost and Personal Guide players:
  • Smoother transitions between meditation sections
  • A new introduction meditation to guide first-time users
  • Enhanced looping functionality for continuous listening of the Harmonic Boost mp3s
  • Better performance across all devices
For users who experience audio glitches in real-time playback, we have enhanced the option to generate MP3 files. These files can be played directly within the app or exported for offline listening.
