A TENS/PEMF device driven by BioCoherence's algorithms and frequencies.
Harmonizer is an exclusive device designed by the BioCoherence team, that will be unveiled at the 2025 BioCoherence Summit. Deliveries start in oct. 2025.
It is driven in real time by the BioCoherence App and algorithms, to dispense medically proven PEMF and TENS frequencies at specific points of the body, and extend real-time custom frequencies of the Harmonic Boost through micro-current therapy, a well recognised approach. This small and effective solution can we worn on any part of the body.
2 modes: medical or experimental
In medical mode, the device can drive 6 medically proven programs at specific points on the body. The app will show where to place the device in real time, while the Harmonic Boost is playing. These modes have an FDA and MDR certification, allowing to use the device in medical settings.
In experimental mode, 27 programs are applicable, including the 6 medical programs and 20 additional physiotherapy programs driven by our body map guidance, and a special real-time frequency program with our own proprietary frequencies and algorithms that will dispense Harmonic Boost frequencies as micro-currents to the whole body, while the Harmonic Boosts play. These modes don't have FDA or MDR clearance yet and are thus reserved for non-medical use.
Real-time mode: a true game changer
The real-time mode is driven in real time by BioCoherence and delivers frequencies tied to the playing Harmonic Boost, enhanced with our proprietary biofeedback technology to deliver specific, individual needed frequencies.
A new module
Pros will have access to the new Harmonizer module that are tied to priorities, biomarkers and AI Helpers and will allow them to set up complex programs for their clients and sell it as part of their offers. Users will have access to the play functions to drive the Harmonizer in real time.

Cross-frequency mode and new protocols
Multiple devices can be used and controlled in real time by the app, unlocking the possibility of cross-frequency protocols, including Van Gelder Therapy which has amazing effects. (Van Gelder double-frequency protocols will be part of the new Harmonizer modules, along with other TENS/Rife/PEMF/etc. protocols).
Price
The device is very affordable. The price can include a 1-year unlock licence, a lifetime licence or no licence of the new Harmonizer module in BioCoherence for the associated device. In case of 2 or more devices associated, the licence extends to the cross-frequency module. There is an accessory pack with more electrodes to connect to the device.
