What is the Heart Rate Variability (HRV)?

Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is the variation in time between each heartbeat. It is an important measure of autonomic nervous system function and overall cardiovascular health. In BioCoherence, HRV analysis helps assess the body's response to stress and recovery.
