How are positive and negative biomarkers handled differently in scoring?

Positive biomarkers like organs or acupuncture points retain a normal scoring scale where higher energy means better function. For negative elements such as toxic microorganisms or emotions, the score is inverted. High energy in negative items indicates stress rather than strength and are labeled as "mobilizations" rather than resources. These reduce the overall integral coherence score.
