Coming back to our pyramid, we need to go from the ordinary state of consciousness to an alternating receptive/meditative state in order to explore, and this treasure will assist us in the permanent adaptation of our bodies (and especially the physical body) during contact with very high frequencies. Moreover, thanks to its synchronization and unification faculties, it harmonizes the group within which we explore.
Meditation
To take advantage of this treasure, relax, rest your being, your precious body, as comfortably as possible, in a position that allows you to maintain your attention in the present. Become aware of your immediate environment, of the sounds, colors, smells, air and at the same time of your interior, your breathing and your internal feelings. Your presence leads you to feel the matter of which you are made, in your flesh, in your bones, and in all your cells. Perceive, beyond your cells, the atoms of your body and deeply feel the space between each of them, immense on this atomic scale. You are atoms in motion, dancing to harmonious rhythms. Now in this presence, visualize a white pyramid containing your body. Fill it with dazzling white light and melt into it. Slowly but willingly, make the pyramid grow and become bigger and bigger. Chant several Om's to synchronize all your bodies: "Om" %u2014 "Om" %u2014 "Om"...
