Vertigo

(Dizziness, Balance issues, Nausea).
This recipe addresses vertigo with GB20 (Fengchi) to clear head, SJ17 (Yifeng) to balance ears, CV12 (Zhongwan) to stabilize digestion, and GV20 (Baihui) to uplift Qi. It reduces dizziness and nausea. Contraindications: Avoid SJ17 in ear infections; use caution with GB20 in severe neck conditions.
