06. Exploring the Energy Screens in BioCoherence

Welcome to the sixth installment of our BioCoherence webinar series, where we dive deep into the various features of the BioCoherence software. In this session, we focus on the Energy Screens, a crucial part of the software that provides insights into the energetic state of the body. Whether you're a practitioner or a user, understanding these screens can help you interpret the energetic balance and imbalances in the body, and guide you toward better health and well-being.In this blog post, we will walk you through the different energy screens, how to navigate them, and how to interpret the data they provide. We will also touch on how to import data from an Apple Watch, and how to use the software to track progress over time.

Getting Started: Importing Data and Navigating the Interface

When you first open the BioCoherence app, you have several options to begin your session. You can either:
  • Start a new recording,
  • Open an existing recording, or
  • Import data from an Apple Watch (available on iOS devices) or Samsung Wearable (Android devices).

Importing Data from a Watch

If you're using an iOS device and have an Apple Watch, or an Android Device with a Samsung wearable (coming soon), you can import your health data directly into the BioCoherence app. To import data:
  1. Open the app on your iOS device.
  2. Click on the "Import from Apple Watch" button.
  3. Select the recordings you want to import. The app will guide you to make at least three recordings in a row for a more comprehensive analysis.
Once the data is imported, you can proceed to analyze it using the various screens available in the app.

The Energy Screens: A Deep Dive

The Energy Screens are a key feature of the BioCoherence software, providing insights into the body's energetic state. These screens are divided into four main categories:
  1. Chakras
  2. Planes
  3. Momentum
  4. Clock
Each of these screens offers a unique perspective on the body's energy flow, balance, and potential blockages. Let's explore each one in detail.

1. Chakras: Understanding Energy Centers

The Chakras screen provides a visual representation of the body's energy centers. You can choose to view either the traditional seven chakras or an extended view of 12 chakras, which includes intermediate chakras within the body.

Key Features:

  • Chakra Relationships: When you click on a specific chakra, you can see its relationships with other chakras. This helps you understand how energy flows between different chakras.
  • Acupuncture Points: Each chakra is linked to specific acupuncture points, which may have both entry and exit points.
  • Glands and Body Systems: The chakras are also associated with specific glands and body systems, including the sub-doshas from Ayurveda.
  • Emotional Links: Each chakra has emotional qualities associated with it, which can provide insights into emotional imbalances.

How to Use:

If you find a particular chakra that needs attention, you can add it to your priorities by clicking the "+" button. This will include the chakra in your daily meditations, helping you work on balancing it over time.

2. Planes: Balancing the Body's Axes

The Planes screen provides information about the body's energetic balance across different planes:
  • Left-Right Balance
  • Leg-Arm Balance
  • Deep-Shallow Balance
  • Yin-Yang Balance
These balances are derived from the body's meridians and can give you insights into how your body processes information and energy.

Key Features:

  • Horizontal and Vertical Planes: These planes are based on geobiology and can indicate your relationship to time, the Earth, and your overall energetic balance.
  • Schumann Frequencies: This section shows your relationship to the Earth's natural frequencies, which can indicate how well-grounded you are.
  • Gravity B-Wave: This unique feature assesses your relationship to cosmic energies, including the sun and other celestial bodies.

How to Use:

If you notice imbalances in any of these planes, you can work on grounding exercises or other practices to bring your body back into balance. You can also track changes over time by comparing recordings before and after specific interventions.

3. Momentum: Tracking Movement and Restraint

The Momentum screen is one of the most interesting features of the BioCoherence software. It provides insights into what is giving you equilibrium and what is restraining your movement.

Key Features:

  • Geopathy: This section includes geopathic stress, radiations, groundwater, and harmful energies. These are external factors that can affect your energy.
  • Biology: This section includes internal factors such as heavy metals, pathogens, myasms, and toxins.
  • Equilibrium: This section tracks emotional balance, energy balance, sleep, and terrain (a naturopathic concept that refers to the body's internal environment).
  • Movement: This section includes vitality, blood pressure, fluids, and the presence of symbiotic organisms in the body.

How to Use:

If you notice imbalances in any of these areas, you can add them to your priorities for daily meditation. For example, if your blood pressure is energetically out of balance, you can work on it through meditation and track your progress over time.

4. Clock: Aligning with the Body's Natural Rhythms

The Clock screen is based on the body's meridians and their alignment with the 24-hour biological clock. Each meridian is most active at a specific time of day, and this screen shows whether your energy is aligned with your natural rhythms.

Key Features:

  • Time of Recording: The red slice on the clock shows the time of your recording, and the purple slice shows the meridian that should be most active at that time.
  • Meridian Energy: You can see which meridians are most energetic at the time of the recording and compare them to the expected energy levels.

How to Use:

If your energy is not aligned with your biological clock, you may need to work on grounding exercises or other practices to bring your body back into sync with its natural rhythms.

Tracking Progress: Multi-Part Recordings and Re-Evaluations

One of the most powerful features of the BioCoherence software is the ability to track progress over time. You can create multi-part recordings, where you record your energy before and after an intervention (such as a therapy session or exercise). This allows you to see how your energy changes in real-time.

How to Use:

  1. Create a recording before your intervention.
  2. Perform your intervention (e.g., a therapy session, meditation, or exercise).
  3. Create a follow-up recording to see how your energy has shifted.
The software will display the changes in your energy across all the screens, allowing you to see how your chakras, planes, momentum, and clock have evolved.

Daily Re-Evaluations

For users who are following a daily meditation practice, the software will prompt you to do a new recording each day. This allows you to track your progress over time and see how your energy is evolving. The software will automatically adjust your daily meditations based on your current energy state, ensuring that you are always working on the most relevant areas.

Conclusion: Harnessing the Power of Energy Screens

The Energy Screens in BioCoherence provide a comprehensive view of the body's energetic state, allowing you to track imbalances, work on specific areas, and monitor your progress over time. Whether you're a practitioner or a user, these screens offer valuable insights that can guide you toward better health and well-being.By understanding how to navigate and interpret the data from the chakras, planes, momentum, and clock screens, you can take a more proactive approach to your health. And with the ability to track progress through multi-part recordings and daily re-evaluations, you can ensure that you're always moving in the right direction.Stay tuned for our next webinar, where we will explore another exciting feature of the BioCoherence software.
