What causes the app to create duplicate harmonic boosts?

Duplicate harmonic boosts can appear due to a glitch in the app. One of the duplicates may be non-functional (a ghost), without actual audio. Users can delete the invalid entry by right-clicking (desktop) or using the app's delete function. Always check the size in the file system to verify which one has audio content.
