Raynaud's Syndrome

This recipe addresses Raynaud's with SP10 (Xuehai) to promote blood flow, LI4 (Hegu) to reduce pain, PC6 (Neiguan) to regulate circulation, and LU7 (Lieque) to open lung channels. It improves warmth and circulation. Contraindications: Avoid LI4 in pregnancy; use caution with SP10 in severe skin conditions.
