18. Understand and manage priorities

Welcome to another deep dive into the BioCoherence software! In this blog post, we will explore the key takeaways from our 18th webinar, which focused on the latest updates in version 1.21, the new causal chain feature, and how to effectively interpret and work with priorities in your scans.

BioCoherence 1.21: What's New?

The latest version of BioCoherence, 1.21, was officially launched and is now available for all users. One improvement is the ability to update the software directly from the app. Users can now go to Settings, where the app will check for updates and redirect them to the appropriate download page.

Key Updates in Version 1.21

Improved Mobile Experience
  • The interface has been optimized for mobile devices.
  • The menu is now hidden when using the app on a phone, allowing for better use of screen space.
Enhanced User Flow
  • A new "Invite a Contact" feature allows professionals to invite new users with a single click.
  • The system generates an email or a shareable link with an invitation code, making it easier for new users to register and link their accounts to a professional.
More Logical Navigation
  • If you are working on an open record and click on Basic Programs, the system will now save and close your record before entering the basic programs section.
  • This makes it easier to switch between personal and basic programs.
New License Level: Custom
  • A new Custom license level allows users to select specific screens and reports they want access to.
  • This provides an intermediate price point between the Essential and Plus versions.

The Causal Chain: A New Way to Understand Priorities

One of the most exciting additions in version 1.21 is the Causal Chain feature. This tool allows users to explore the relationships between different biomarkers and better understand the root causes of their health conditions.

How the Causal Chain Works

  • The causal chain visually maps out how different organs, meridians, emotions and other biomarkers interact.
  • It helps identify root causes rather than just addressing symptoms.
  • Users can navigate through different layers of connections to see what is influencing a particular issue.

Case Study: Understanding an Eye Condition

During the webinar, we analyzed a real user scan to demonstrate how the causal chain can be used to interpret priorities. The user had a known eye condition, but surprisingly, the eye itself did not appear in the scan's priorities.

Why Was the Eye Missing from the Priorities?

  • The scan did not detect a strong electrical resonance with the eye, indicating a rupture in communication between the eye and the rest of the system.
  • This is common in cases of tumors, where the affected area becomes isolated from the body's energy flow.
Instead of directly addressing the eye, the scan highlighted spinal cord issues, which were indirectly linked to the eye's condition.

How to Address This?

  • Using the Causal Chain, we traced the connections between the eye and other parts of the body.
  • The spinal cord was identified as a key energy source for the eye.
  • The bladder meridian and pericardium meridian also appeared in the priorities, suggesting a link between the eye and the user's life purpose and emotional state.

How to Work with Priorities in BioCoherence

The Priorities section in BioCoherence helps users focus on the most critical aspects of their health. However, many users wonder why their main complaint does not always appear in the priorities.

Why Doesn't My Main Issue Show Up?

  • The system calculates priorities based on overall energy balance, not just symptoms.
  • Some issues are too isolated to appear in the scan initially.
  • The body may need to address other imbalances first before working on the main issue.

How to Customize Priorities

  1. Use the Causal Chain
    • Sometimes the main complaint does not appear in the automatic priorities, because it is not the most optimal way of treating things at this moment to work directly on it.
    • But, addressing the main complaint might be important for some users, especially in the first session where trust in the system must still be built. Enter the Causal Chain.
    • If your main issue is missing and you want to include it, search for it in the Causal Chain (you can browse all biomarkers and search them by keywords to place it in the center of the causal chain). Explore related biomarkers, mostly those in "Best helpers".
    • Add all relevant items to your priorities manually.
    • You can optionally start by emptying the automatic priorities list; no worries, they won't be lost and you can always add them again later automatically, for all categories, or for specific categories.
  2. Modify Your Program
    • You can also add Basic Programs to your custom program.
    • For example, if detoxification is needed, you can include the Detox Program in your daily routine.
  3. Re-Evaluate Regularly
    • It is recommended to do a re-evaluation every 3-7 days to track progress.
    • Each re-evaluation updates the record and may re-order the priorities to focus on.
    • With re-evaluation, new scans are added to the main record. This is important, because one record will address one set of priorities and one main complain, allowing to track progress over the 21-day period to address it.

Using the Personal Guide and Harmonic Boost

BioCoherence offers two main ways to work with your scan results:
  1. Personal Guide (Guided Meditation)
  2. Harmonic Boost (Frequencies Only)

Personal Guide: A Deep Healing Experience

The Personal Guide is a guided meditation that helps users connect with their body and energy system.
It includes:
  • Voice Guidance (which can be muted if preferred)
  • Frequencies tailored to your scan & Binaural Beats
  • White Noise (a specially designed rotating noise with some harmonic resonances) for deeper relaxation

How to Use It

  • Choose between Wake Mode (for daytime use) or Sleep Mode (for nighttime use).
  • Listen actively and visualize the healing process. But, don't listen too hard: the voice should be at the limit of audition. If you lose some words, don't worry; your mental state might shift to alternate states of consciousness during the journey and it's fine. See it as a movie, where you are the actor and the spectator at the same time. If your subconscious can get more control, it's even better. Let things go and just follow the Personal Guide along your healing path.
  • If meditation is not your style, you can mute the voice and just listen to the frequencies.

Harmonic Boost: A More Passive Approach

  • The Harmonic Boost plays all your selected priorities as frequencies.
  • It can be played in the background while working, walking, or even sleeping.
  • You can export the Harmonic Boost as an MP3 or a collection of MP3s, and listen to it throughout the day.
It is important to note that the Personal Guide will change every day, addressing only one of each priorities in each category, while the Harmonic Boost will include them all, making the two approaches complementary.

Which One Should You Use?

  • If you prefer active engagement, use the Personal Guide.
  • If you want a passive approach, use the Harmonic Boost.
  • You can also combine both for maximum effect.

Final Thoughts: The 21-Day Healing Cycle

BioCoherence is designed around a 21-day cycle, which is the scientifically accepted time frame for:
  • Neuroplasticity (forming new neural pathways)
  • Habit formation
It is the best proven duration to make real, actionable changes in your energy, body and mind.

How to Structure Your 21-Day Program

  1. Start with a New Scan
    • Identify your main focus for the next 21 days.
    • Set clear intentions for healing. You should even name the record as this goal.
  2. Follow the Daily Program
    • Use the Personal Guide or Harmonic Boost daily.
    • Stick to the rotation of priorities to ensure all areas are addressed.
  3. Re-Evaluate Every Few Days
    • Track changes, it will adjust your priorities if necessary.
    • Do not start a new scan before the end of the 21 days, as this time frame will be necessary to fully integrate your journey. The only case where a new scan could be useful is if something truly unexpected arises and you want to get new, unrelated information; but in this case, please finish the initial 21-day program unless the shift requires to start a new one immediately and the first one seems to be integrated.
  4. Observe Physical and Emotional Changes
    • Healing is not just physical—it also involves emotions, thoughts, and energy flow.
    • Keep a journal to note any improvements or insights.

Conclusion

BioCoherence 1.21 brings powerful new tools to help users take control of their health.
The Causal Chain allows for deeper analysis, while the Personal Guide and Harmonic Boost provide flexible healing options.
By following a 21-day cycle, users can create lasting changes in their well-being.

If you haven't updated to 1.21 yet, be sure to do so and explore these new features.
